To everyone in the employment of Richard’s Total Backyard Solutions;

I want to say thank you very much for working with my family and me during our new pool process.

We have been enjoying our pool for a few months now so I believe that this letter is now due.  I purposely waited to write this until I had the opportunity to work with everyone at Richard’s.    

Not only was Janet great with her service and superior design skills, but so was Ryan and Kris with their patience and willingness to review plans and work with us on any issues that need to be flexible.  It should be noted that no matter what project one may begin, changes will be made, hurdled will be encountered.  The true mark of a good company with good service is measures against how those changes and hurdles are met and overcome.  Anytime I ever needed anything, the Gents at Richards were never more than a phone call or e-mail away and were prompt to return any communication necessary.

This being my first pool, I knew nothing about equipment or chemicals.  Ryan & Kris were happy to show me the step-by-step process and were very patient as I took many notes.

Alexis has been and continues to be very helpful as I learn the process of adding, adjusting and maintaining the pool chemicals.

The bottom line is; this firm has been great to work with during the entire process.  There is no “Start to finish” with Richard’s.  It is a continuing relationship.  And well worth it.
